BAMBOO Business and Training Ltd was established in 1995. Over time the range of products and services requested by clients has grown but our preferred method, and that of our clients, remains to listen and then together build and implement the most appropriate solution. This ensures that the links and potential issues between the operational and management requirements and the solutions are identified up front and agreed before implementation.

Prior to setting up or joining BAMBOO the two directors held a variety of both specialist and senior management roles within major private sector organisations. Consequently they bring interest, experience and expertise to their chosen fields from both HR and perhaps more importantly operational perspectives.

BAMBOO is also currently involved in research into adult learning, creativity and continuing development with a view to commercial applications.
